Bet Ji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the bet ji platform (betji.click) and all its services. Using bet ji constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

Bet ji is an internationally licensed online betting platform. All services available on this platform are intended for entertainment purposes. bet ji reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Logging in for the first time after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
• All bet ji services are intended for users aged 18 and above.
• Users from countries where online betting is legally prohibited are not permitted to use this platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with bet ji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number provided at registration must be verified with an OTP.
• For large withdrawals, bet ji may require identity verification via national ID or passport.
• To update your account information, please contact the support team.
• Never share your account login credentials with anyone.

3 Betting Rules

All users must follow a set of specific rules when betting on bet ji. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bet ji identifies a technical error.
• Pre-match bets can be placed before a match begins. Live betting is available while the match is in progress.
• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum stake, which may vary by event.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bet ji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• You can combine multiple bets into a parlay. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out.

The odds-setting process at bet ji is fully automated and impartial. Odds may fluctuate based on market conditions and betting patterns.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bet ji supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the phone number registered on the account.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bet ji regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users one time only.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (typically 5–10x) before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bet ji reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• To qualify for the refer-a-friend bonus, the referred friend must complete their first deposit.

6 Prohibited Activities

Bet ji is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any event.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or glitch on the platform.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bet ji reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason. Users are generally notified before their account is closed.

• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned to the registered mobile banking number.
• Balances on accounts closed due to rule violations may not be refunded.
• As part of responsible gaming, users may apply for self-exclusion.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Bet ji takes your personal information seriously. Details provided during registration are used solely to deliver our services and ensure account security.

• Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• All transactions and communications are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• User information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bet ji strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, liability is limited in situations that fall outside bet ji's control.

• Bet ji is not responsible for any betting disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Bet ji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• In the event of unexpected technical issues, bet ji will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
• Bet ji is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting. Betting is an inherently risky activity.

10 Changes to Terms & Validity

Bet ji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered phone number or email at least 7 days before changes take effect.

• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms and conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026.
